On-Site Document Consultation
Before installation, TSG consults extensively with clients, on the phone or on-line, about the initial configuration of their MacPac system. This service is included in the cost of a MacPac Suites purchase.
For many organizations, particularly those where no document formatting standards are in place (or enforced), this preparation may require an extensive investment of employee time. When TSG manages it directly, at the client site, it can be greatly abbreviated. We quickly assess which documents will work best as MacPac templates, and we identify issues that may get overlooked in long distance interactions. As a result, our initial configuration of MacPac for your organization is more fine-tuned and complete.
TSG’s on-site document consultation has proved especially beneficial to organizations that struggle to automate conditional documents, such as leases, wills, fill-in forms and clause libraries. It can be an administrative challenge to get agreement on formatting standards and boilerplate for these documents, but such documents are prone to spread inconsistencies in the way the organization does business. TSG can help to move the decision-making process along. We also excel in consulting with clients on complex multi-document packages with question and answer storage.

On-Site Training Consultation and Floor Support
Prior to a new MacPac implementation, TSG personnel can assist you in planning how to train end users to make the most of MacPac in the context of MS Word. We review your training materials and course outlines, and suggest approaches and topics best suited for different audiences (support staff, authors, administrators, etc.), based upon the type of work they do every day.
After users have received their initial training, we can provide additional on-site floor support for your trainers and support staff, as needed. As we respond to end users’ questions and help troubleshoot MacPac problems, members of your staff become more proficient in their ability to teach and support their users. We can also provide advanced train-the-trainer training – either informally "on the floor" or in a classroom setting.
